A Design-Build Custom Home Project

This project is a 1,705 square foot, 3 bedroom / 2 bath home located on 16 acres of farmland in northern Sumter County. The owners are relocating from the Charleston area and wanted a custom designed home built on their own land. The land was purchased and Perry Moses Construction, LLC was contracted to design the home and build it. Please see the photo gallery to see how this project progressed and the final outcome.
