Perry Moses Construction, LLC, is owned and operated by Perry Moses, IV. We are a residential design and home building company.

Our goal is to provide quality, safe, long lasting homes. Perry treats every home as if it were to be his own. The most significant purchase you will ever make deserves and requires attention to detail and total supervision of the project. You will find Perry on our jobsites everyday. Perry believes that being available to the customer, subcontractor, and vendor is one of the most important services he can offer.

In addition to the telephone, email is usually checked and responded to every morning and evening. Progress reports and photos are emailed at every significant stage. Subcontractors are checked on regularly. Clients are given many opportunities to visit the construction site.

Perry receives extensive ongoing education pertaining to building codes, construction standards, business management, legal affairs, real estate transactions, and new products. You will benefit from his knowledge about most any aspect of the home building process.

Perry is a graduate of Wofford College with a B.A. in Accounting. He is a past-president of the Home Builders Association of Sumter - Clarendon. He is a licensed SC real estate agent and graduate of the Real Estate Institute. His wife, Tisha, and 7 year old daughter, Ally, are eager participants in the business as well. Ally loves the sand piles.
